Step 1

Society contacts Modirealty and shares basic Documents

Step 2

We conduct an assessment & make an offer

Step 3

Appointment of Modirealty as developer by following all the 79(A) guidelines

Step 4

Clearance of all pending Technical and Legal issues

Step 5

Approval of Plans / IOD by the planning Authority and signing of a formal Development Agreement

Step 6

Residents Temporarily relocate and old structure is demolished

Step 7

Commencement Certificate is procured from the Planning Authority (CC) and the commencement of construction

Step 8

Construction is completed and Occupation Certificate (OC) is ob tained from the Planning Authority

Step 9

Residents move back into a brand New Building. New members are added to the society and New Share Certificates are issued
